How to turn on Facebook sync?

Having issues with posts no syncing between your app and your Facebook business page?

By default, the sync with your Facebook business page is off.

In order to activate the sync feature, please enter to your AppsVillage Admin app and click on the menu in the upper right corner of the screen (3 lines) --> Click on "SETTINGS" --> switch "Sync with Facebook" to on. 

Please keep in mind that we currently support sync only for posts with photos or videos, posts of other kinds e.g. text only or links without big preview photo won't sync to the App.

The sync of posts from your page to your App is made every round hour, unless you enter the AppsVillage Admin app, which will trigger a sync.
