AppsVillage honors the requests of customers to delete their account and all associated data from our servers, as mandated by a variety of global jurisdictions.
There are several ways a customer can request the deletion of his data:
- Using our AppsVillage Admin application
- If you're not already logged in, launch the AppsVillage admin app and sign in to your account.
Verify the app name to ensure you are logged into the correct application. - Click Menu->SETTINGS
- Click "Delete account and all data" at the bottom of the settings page, and then click "Yes" in the confirmation window that appears.
- If you're not already logged in, launch the AppsVillage admin app and sign in to your account.
- Through our Help Center, by opening a ticket with the email address you used to register and requesting the deletion of your account. This ticket must include the name of your application for verification purposes.
- By replying to one of AppsVillage emails
- By sending your request by email to support@appv.io
Once the request has been processed, all of your data will be permanently deleted from our servers, with the exception of payment invoices stored in our third-party payment facilitators (Stripe, BlueSnap, etc.) for accounting purposes.
Included among the data to be deleted are, but not limited to:
- Your application basic information
- Third-party payment facilitators provided payment tokens for recurring payments
- Updates (coupons, sales, and loyalty cards)
- Customer information (coupons purchased or redeemed and sales)
- Push tokens
- Scheduled appointments
- Messages between customers
